McAfee VirusScan Enterprise with Windows XP and IE6 in organization I work for as well with more than 5000 systems.
I almost always see McAfee on Laptops of visiting representatives from other companies. The only exceptions that I remember are Norton and ESET NOD32, only one instance each.
I work in a company that employs probably close to 600-700 PC's. They are very big into TrendMicro and believe wholeheartedly in it.

One company I work for uses Symantec End Point. No idea why either. I have showed them countless times how easily you can bypass it.
