What antivirus are you using or will use once it comes out of beta? Will you use the av alone or its' suite?

im currently between ESET and Kaspersky. Once NOD Security Sute v3 and KIS v6 MP1 go final, ill give them a try.

If I dont like either of their firewalls, ill just go with the standalone AV.

Nod32 all the way! But a very close second for me: Avira Antivir Personal Premium with Firewall! Is now beta, but when final, I'll re-consider.

Drweb and I will use it when the new version comes out too, mainly because they promise it will never become a suite :)

Still KAV, but tried Norman (pretty awkward interface).
Will try the new Panda, BitDefender and F-Prot too, so I'll know how they behave on my system. :D

Wow! Cool responses guys, though some of us have similiar choices, there are a few of you there having your own direction on an av suite. I am thinking of using Nod32 V3, KIS MP1 or OA AV+\FW once they are completed and\or I might just run the beta's now.

Been running kav 5 since march 2005. I did run Antivir 7 free edition for 19 days. However, I've reinstalled kav, and have no desire to install any other antivirus product in the forseeable future.

    - avast! Home Edition 4.7.869 on my new Sony Vaio TX26 laptop
    - avast! Home Edition 4.7.869 on home network
    - eTrust Antivirus and Fortinet FortiGate on corporate network, but probably replace eTrust with AVG Network Edition when eTrust subscription expires.

Mc Afee 8.0i Corporate AV with 5100 engine (free). 2nd choice would be Avast Home (also free). If $ is not a consideration, then I would go with NOD32.

Not even on formal occasions ;)

Currently using f-prot 3 with kav 6 and clamav for on-demand. May go to f-secure av soon, who knows?

    Cheers,
