What am I doing wrong?

I followed the instructions to get ESET Remote Administrator Console and server application up and running. I went through all the steps to set up the client for a push installation. However I still get the same error:

Verify that the account that is attempting to execute the client install has administrative rights on the target system. That's usually the first snag that generates access denied errors.
