Welcome screen stuck

    Updated to SS6 on two comps and both have same issue, endlessly stuck on welcome screen.

    Both are Win 7 64bit

    I can enter safe mode fine, and then reboot and it will login normally.

    Yet if I shut down the same process must be done to login.

    Hello SFLORG

    In the meantime while waiting for support, you can from the Advanced Setup tree (F5), click User interface then Graphics and then deselect the check box next to Show splash-screen at startup.

    I'd suggest disabling each of the modules / drivers, one at a time, to find the problematic one. It will be necessary to contact Customer care as further logs will be required then.

    Actually I had found the issue. It appears MBAM Pro and SS6 don't play nice during start-up. Moved MBAM pro to a 1 minute delay start-up and all works well on both comps.
