Webroot System Analyzer ?

I ran it from within WSA & saw this error in the Log

I havn't updated the Defs since 24-1-2012

Not a problem as such for me, but thought you might like to know that something/s amiss somewhere

For those that don't have WSA, the Analyzer is available for Free & provides some useful data

 

WSA reads the information from the Windows Action Center (or Security Center on XP) so it looks like AntiVir isn't reporting it status very accurately

 

Hi, strange ! OK, well just thought i'd give you a heads up.

 

I find it useful. If an AV is telling Windows Security Center that it's up to date when it isn't, that's somewhat of a red flag, so I am glad to know. It allows me to inspect for subterfuge or know that the other AV is misrepresenting itself to a possible detriment to security.
