Installed Firefox 64 along side 32.
Filtering Extension fell off 32 and did not populate to 64.
32 gave me dialog to install extension so, 32 is okay.
    64 no dialog.
    Head scratch.
    Edit: Extension fell off 32

Are the extensions installed on both? And why have both installed? I just use the 64bit version of Firefox 42.0 and extensions are installed.

I wanted to see if my Extensions would work
Extension fell off 32 and added back twice.
64 did not offer to install Extension.
I don't remember where manual install instructions are.
Filtering Extension only extension that did not carry over.
    64 has four less plug-ins.
I've always had them Disabled in 32 anyway.

Same as here and all other Firefox based Browsers: https://community.webroot.com/t5/We...-extension-in-Palemoon-Unofficial/ta-p/142217

Officially no! But it does work and I just run the 64bit version and both the Web Filter and the Password Manager installed on it's own. 64bit version of Chrome as well with no issues.

Hmm, as FF x64 is new. Perhaps support in future WSA release.
Had I been aware Firefox 32bit only. I would have remained 32bit.
Um, doesn't the "beta filter driver" support x64...?
I mean why run Extension with Driver...?

I don't know it would be best to ask at the Webroot Community.

    Daniel :)

EDIT: I see you already did.

Well, the Beta board is restricted. So, I have no way to ask if "filter driver" supports x64.
No way to ask if beta users running Firefox x64 use/need Filtering Extension + "filter driver".
Edit: Yes, I wanted to hear Wilders and Community voices.

Well I see the Yellow Padlock on the Webroot Tray Icon so that tells me it's working.

Based on that observation. When window is not foreground. Protection stops because I loose "Yellow Padlock" when browser is not foreground. When I open for example Task Manager with open browser.
No Padlock = No (browser) Protection ...?

Browsers must be in the foreground to have full protection!

Oh, is that why I loose Padlock. I imagined cosmetic glitch.
Interesting, must be in foreground to have full protection.
Hmm, then I'd better not click Taskbar.....
WOW, would luv to know why Application Protection is foreground dependent.
I swear, I presumed just a simple cosmetic glitch.
Thanks....great info and big head scratch.

Maybe, you misunderstood. I'm not questioning you or your expertise.
I was just taken by surprise that e.g., minimized browser has degraded protection.
I had myself convinced loss of lock was cosmetic.
I believe you and not in the know re Prevx.
Imagine there's no specifics on level of degrade.

Minimized was simply an example of browser not in foreground.
On occasion, I'll Show the desktop. Or, open a document or Task Manager, etc.
I need to be more Lock aware. ;)

Who knew there were two versions. Gee, what version do I have...?

The first version is the free online banking Identity Protection (free and so without AV). it provides online Identity Protection (against phishing etc) and nothing else. The second version is the full (paid) AV version (with Webroot SecureAnywhere AV). If you have WSA installed, then you have both (Identity Protection plus Webroot SecureAnywhere AV).

And where can I download this?
    • Identity protection only – Blocks threats that try to steal information during your online activity

Do a google search for "WebrootSecureAnywhere IdentityShield" and it will give you loads of banks that it can be downloaded from.
And here is a FAQs about IdentityShield:

    Hope that helps
