    Hi,

Could you check Look 'n' Stop log ? just after you encounter the issue, to see if there is no special blocking that may help.

    Thanks,

    Frederic

You can make a screenshot, or open the log file and copy/paste the 20 last lines of the file here.

    Hi,

I'm not sure these packets is the reason of the initial issue.

To avoid the log having all these entries, add a specific rule for them with a right click in the log on one of these entries. Then you can decide to allow or block them. In a first step, let them allowed, to check if it makes a difference.

Probably the problem will be still there and some other alerts will be there in the log, explaining the initial issue.

    Regards,

    Frederic

Not sure what you meant but:
    - Web is not designed only for IE :)
    - Web pages on Look 'n' Stop Web site are not designed only for IE.
    - Look 'n' Stop filtering is not designed only for IE
