    Just did a clean W7 x64 install and decided to give it a try. So far, so good. I notice no functionality differences compared to Firefox. All of my extensions work, as well as my flash plugin (x64 of course).

    Question for those that have used this before, but how do I update when 14 comes out? I see Help > About Waterfox, but I don't see a check for updates button anywhere. Do I just download a fresh copy and install over the top, or will I have to uninstall 13, and then install 14?

    Sorry no benchmarks, but I'm clearly seeing an improvement on some sites where v12 did not render the pages smoothly and v13 does. Perhaps someone else can bench it for us so we can confirm?

    You should be able to install 14 'over the top'. Mr Alex has been having some problems with the updates button & he is working on it apparently.

    What's New in Waterfox 13?

    Compiled with Intel's C++ Compiler using /O3 /QaxAVX /arch:SSE3 /Qparallel /w
    Implemented Intel's LibM (Math Library)
    Implemented SSE3 support for all processors and AVX for Intel Sandy Bridge and newer processors
    Reverted back to jemalloc from tcmalloc in preview releases due to a problem occurring

    Disabled auto-updates, own method will be implemented in Waterfox.Next

    Thanks for xunxun1982 for the WebGL crash fix

    I've always installed over the top without problems.

    Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated. I guess we'll all have to wait and see what 14 brings us. Last question, is Waterfox usually updated at the same time as Firefox, or was this just a coincidence that is was the same day?

    I started using Waterfox with v11 and v12 was released a few days after Firefox 12. It's nice that MrAlex moved so quickly on v13, but I don't what's typical.

    When I first installed it it asked me to. Then I restarted. It didn't open. I installed it again, didn't get asked to restart.
