This notice is to warn users of all versions of our software about a newly discovered conflict with the hardware virtualization feature used in the Dell Optiplex 7010 series. Also note that this issue may exist generically on systems employing hardware virtualization (testing in progress). The root cause of the issue is a conflict where the Dell hardware virtualization feature and QZ, RVS/RSS fight for control of the system disk. The result of this is to send the computer into an endless reboot cycle where normal Windows boot and safe mode may not be possible. To ensure this does not occur, we STRONGLY recommend deactivating the "VT for Direct I/O" setting in the BIOS of the Optiplex 7010. Once this is turned off, QZ and RVS/RSS will perform as expected without issues. NOTE: This warning does NOT include the INTEL processor virtualization feature and there are no know or reported issues with this older technology as our software does not effect or try to control the processor. Kind regards Mike
