I am running a scan at present and it is showing a red warning of an infiltration.
How can I block this from occuring again? I am not that savvy on setting up walls and exceptions etc.
Can someone please help me try and set this straight.

It had a red wording of Infiltrations 1. There was no wording it was on the main screen as it was scanning. Which seems strange it gave no hint as to what it was and if it could be blocked a second time.
There was also one attempt blocked

There was one virus found and cleaned, but the strange thing is what it cleaned was never picked up by Kaspersky and I had the program on my PC for a year.

If you only saw ONE warning, and NOD cleaned ONE threat then it surely ended up in the quarantine.
Meaning that it's gone and you are safe.

And if you see any more warning signs form NOD then don't hesitate to post back in this thread.

But you could also navigate to the quarantine via the UI to see if the threat is inside.

Thank you. I have looked inside quarantine and the file is inside. I feel safe now, thanks for your help, very much appreciated. I feel safer using Nod than Kaspersky.

    You are very welcome Johnny;)
Good then you know that it can't do any harm since it's inside the quarantine now.

And if you get any more issues/questions etc.. just ask us!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
