Hey...I use to have WAP and WEP encryption on my computer...and then my hard drive crashed. I got my system up and running but now I only have WEP on my computer. I really need WAP because that is what my work uses...does anyone know where I can find some sorta program or whatever that I can get to have the encryption capability??

If you have it before, try to update the drivers of your wireless adapter... ;)

WPA should work if you have updated drivers like V_C said. Also, if you have windows xp, check the wireless zero configuration and select WPA-PSK or Enterprise depending on your situation then enter in the key.

I updated my drivers...but that didn't work...still keeps me with only WEP. What is the "wireless zero" configuration??

    Hi, chefwhit

It is in the Control Panel as Wireless Network Setup Wizard.
