BullGuard is about to launch a new Firewall! Upon release, the Firewall will be added to all versions of BullGuard Internet Security. We are therefore looking for beta-testers on all Windows platforms (XP and Vista 32/64 bit).

The purpose of the beta test is to get your feedback in the form of opinions and bug reports. You will receive more information on the beta test after signing up.

As always, the subscription of all our beta-testers will be extended by the number of weeks the beta-test lasts. This means that your beta-test period will not be taken from your paid subscription!

    Best Regards.

Does anyone know if the firewall will continue to be Outpost, or is BullGuard going to use something else?

    Hey Everybody

Just signet in to answer your question regrading the Firewall engine. Yes, we're still using the Outpost engine from Agnitum. But this one will be brand new, as it supports Vista, amd64 and IPv6.
The new firewall is pretty much the same as the old one on the outside, but inside everything have been changed to the better.

I'm glad you joining the test and hope you will enjoy testing it with us.

    Best Regards

    Claus Villumsen,
    Head of application, BullGuard
