    Greetings

    I decided to try Eset NOD32 yesterday, therefore I went to www.eset.com to order a license for NOD32. I choosed my country (Norway) and ended up on www.nod32norway.com. There I ordered one year single liscense with my VISA card through EuroSecure. I checked my bank (netbank) and the money has been taken from my account. I recieved a transaction confirmatino a few seconds after ordering. Now its almost 24 hours since I ordered and I still havent gotten any username and password.

    According to http://www.nod32.com/scriptless/support/ans/1g.htm it should take about hone hour to recieve username and password.

    I have mailed both support@eurosecure and support@nod32.com and still havent gotten any answer.

    I feel a bit anxious about my money now

    What to do ?

    Thank you in advance for helping

    It all depends where you come from and where you order from.
    Some will register their mail to your account, some will send a link for a register page..

    :) Oh it's all 100% fun with NOD ;)

    Ahhh, don't worry. I went through something similar when I bought my licenses for NOD32 several months ago. It was an, "Oops, the e-mail did not go out. There must be something wrong with our system," type problem. Once I contacted sales (not support), the e-mail came soon enough. ;)

    You may also send an e-mail to sales@eurosecure and tell them about the situation, or telephone them at the numbers given on the contact page: http://www.nod32norway.com/site.asp?page=contact .

    Greetings Alglove

    There is probably the same thing happened to me. I will send sales an e-mail tomorrow if nothing has happened yet, or try to call EuroSecure in Sweden. Guess they are not open now (11:21pm local time)

    As a reseller, I'm always glad to hear about more and more people switching to NOD32. One thing for sure is they are very dedicated to customer support so you have nothing to worry about ;)

    Today I got a email from EuroSecure where they told me my order got stuck somwhere, just like you told me. I also got my username and password now, so now I'm up and running. Now I can fully enjoy the security of Eset NOD32 :)

    Thanks a lot for helping me out (c;

    No, it's not.

    But anyway, next time when I have to renew, I'll ask the reseller:
    Do you know Blackspear ? :D :D :D
