Vulnerability

    Javacool, are you awear that Adawear flags one of the settings in Spyblaster as a vulnerabilty?
    The setting: "Disable the IE Home Page Settings in Control Panel" is the one shown by Adawear as being the vulnerability.
    This makes no sense. Its not a vulnerability. A minor registry tweak would have the same results. But to someone who does not understand such things it could very well appear dangerous.
    Perhaps as was the case with spybot search/distroy a brief notice should be given telling users that this is a false positive?

    That setting certainly isn't a vulnerability, although I can understand detection for it (since some spyware/browser hijackers have set it in the past to try to prevent people from changing their homepage).
