There is a VPN rule in LnS web site:

This is a rule for [Virtual Private Network] {47-GRE}
Generic Routing Encapsulation

I give you this rule plus an other one for:

[Virtual Private Network] {50-SIPP- ESP}
+ ( ipsec udp port 500 )
Simple Internet Protocol Plus (IPV6) Encapsulating Security Protocol

To import in LnS: download the file here, rename it by removing the trailing .TXT, import...
