We use Array Networks SSL VPN, the VPN client is browswer based. If ekrn is running it does not work properly even if I disable all three scanners (File, Web and Email)

Once ekrn.exe is terminated it works fine.

Anyone have any ideas? I've already sent ESET a support request.

    Thanks

Not sure about your exact problem, but I do know from a Client I helped, that if your VPN has a built-in Firewall, can you disable it? I had a client who was using Check Point VPN-1 Secremote /secureclient NG with Application Intelligence (R55)
And Nod32 could not be installed on to it, there was no work around that I could come up with either. So check to see if the VPN has a firewall and if you can disable it, this may help. You may also want to try Nod32 2.7 since this runs on the Winsock level and doesn't have the proxy tunneling like 3.0. Sorry I couldn't be of anymore help, but hopefully this might spark a idea, on getting it to work correctly.
