    V_C,

ZAP 6 with its excellent outbound defence layer and with inbound SPI turned off makes the perfect compliment to CHX, nothing can be better.

The problem of the Pro version is that have a lot of popup messages with the default settings or minimal settings... :(

I've had ZoneAlarm (free), ever since I am on the internet. (I think s. 1999 ?)
I find it easy to use and supposedly is pretty reliable.
So...what more can one ask for. ;)

I'd be too scared if I had to tinker with too many configurations and not know what I'm doing. :D

I also had the Pro-version once...and liked it.
But I'm too lazy to renew again.

    Greetings From Thassos Island

    GoodEvening to all.
Please can someone give me a safe site to download Outpost pro?
(I Thinks it's the best for our members)

    -Thanks-

Jumped from Norton Personal Firewall with six months left on paid subscription to ZoneAlarm Free and found it far better. Started with 6.0.631.000 and now on version 6.0.667.000 and did not see enough added 0n 6.0.737.00 to risk an update.:)

Gets along fine with AntiVir, AntiHook and Ewido.
