Vista & 3ware 9650se 4plw support

There are no information about this raid controller been supported. I can create the backup image, but I can not restore. Acronis True Image 10 Bootable Cd build 4942 would not reconignize the raid device. When will there be a support for it?

Funny thing, a Rep from Acronis actually does said that that the device is ready supported: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/archive/index.php/t-162141.html

Any advise is appreciated.

Please make sure you have recreated Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after installing the latest build.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please try booting with "acpi=off noapic" parameter as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please also collect the exact vendor and device names of the controller in question.
