virus report freeback?

    I sent many virus which nod32 can't clear by email or threatsense.net.
    Regrettably, I never get any freeback by nod32.
    I do not know whether the virus was received by nod32.
    when the nod32 update I find what I reported still can't be cleared.:mad:

    This is Eset's policy at the moment, hopefully it may change in the future.

    they usually don't reply to e-mails but generally add viruses based on their priority. Can you name some of them? Anyway I think they'll be added soon. ;)

    yes, that's right.

    They will need and have to change their policy in the near future, or more users and customers will going to disable the virus report feature in threadsense.net.

    Users and customers give feedback to Eset, but no feedback from Eset, that's very bad and not correct!
