Virus Removal

    Did a Virus scan on Houscall on the Internet. Suggestions on how to remove them??

    Hi there!

    The first one, (and probably the other three) can probably be deleted manually:

    1. Copy down the paths to the offending .exe files on a piece of paper.
    2. Disable System Restore (if running XP or ME)
    3. Reboot in Safe Mode.
    4. Use Windows Explorer to find and manually delete the files.
    5. Empty the Recycle Bin.

    Might also download and run Spybot SD, or Ad-Aware as well.

    Reboot and rescan at Housecall.
