I have a virus recognized by my anti-spyware Counterspy and that I identified on the Sophos anti-virus website. Here is a link:

A simple scan does not pick this up, however my anti-spyware scan does, everytime. Safe mode doesn't do much. Can anyone help me out with removal instructions for this virus? Thanks a million!

Have you tried scanning the file at Virus total?

Trojan or backdoor is a general name for certain threats carrying out specific malicious actions.

Could you please check your settings against those found HERE

Then run a scan by clicking on the NOD32 Control Centre> NOD32> Run NOD32> Scan and Clean.

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D
