I'm in the process of updating my email addresses for my online accounts and when it came to Virus Bulletin, I noticed that the web address had changed from virusbtn.com to virusbulletin.com. Not a huge issue as websites and services frequently rebrand and update but then I noticed that my login details didn't work at virusbulletin.com. I found a link to login via the virusbtn.com side but again, no joy. I was taken to a page that said they have recently relaunched and some links may not work. So, pardon my ignorance here. It has been a few years since I logged into virus bulletin but is it possible to recover my account or maybe even register a new one? Thanks for any help
