It's free during the beta testing period, which usually lasts longer than 15 days (Sunbelt's trialwares always last for 15 days).

VIPRE 4 hasn't been released yet. There are only some hotfix to be tested at the present time. You might have to register to gather more info regarding the beta, since I can't post it here.

    Hello Everyone,

Just about a week ago we released Hotfix 6 for Vipre, which included Windows 7 support and a number of bug fixes.

The developers are now concentrating on Vipre 4, so the next time that the beta site is updated, it will be for that new beta.

They have not given us a time frame for when the final release will be, but we expect it toward the end of the year.

Good Evening ! Vipre is an exciting product that will continue to evolve. Sunbelt's Pre and Post Sales Support and Tech Support are undoubtedly the standard by which too compare all others. The European Vendors should be as proficient and Customer focused ! It will be interesting to see if Sunbelt will incorporate S.P.F. with Vipre 4 . Sincerely...Securon

Sunbelt is planning on a new VIPRE antivirus version and also an antivirus version which will include their firewall integrated into that version. The speculated time frame is possibly by the end of this year or in the beginning of next year. Please understand that these are planned but nothing is set in stone as of yet.
