vifm, a nifty cross-platform file manager

    A file manager with (vaguely) vi-like keybindings:

    The nice thing about it is that it doesn't use function-key mappings everywhere like Midnight Commander, so you can use it more easily with fancy terminal emulators. Personally I'm not a fan of vi-like editors, but this interface model IMO works really well for file managers - quicker than MC's function/control bindings, and easier to remember. Unlike Vim (which does everything) vifm just manages files, so it's fairly easy to learn.

    Also, there's a Windows version!
