Well they say a picture is worth a thousand words! IE8 and Opera are fine!
I've had this one with FF whilst visiting my bank
LOL, may be because Prevx is using the same certification authority of the FBI and NASA... this is very suspicious
check the certificate of my.prevx.com
if should be from digicert.com
(Never heard that before btw.)
Maybe you are using some kind of webwasher that scans all your traffic and that certificate is unknown to your browser.
Enter my.prevx.com here: http://www.digicert.com/help/
The following worked for me:
1. Open https://www.prevx.com/ in IE8.
2. Click the padlock next to the address, then 'View Certificates'
3. Click 'Install Certificate...' and follow defaults to save on your HDD
4. Firefox should now recognise the certificate for https://www.prevx.com/
I don't know why this is necessary, but it may be because the certifcate changed on 15th December.
Hmmm... strange indeed - I'll get in contact with the web team to see what has changed with the certificate.
Thanks for the heads up!
