Very slow imaging to domain controller

We have used TrueImage 7 from 3 PC's to a non-domain-controller server for some time. We just added a second domain controller and tried to back up to it.

All three run very slowly (0.3% network usage compared to 7% before on a 1Gb network). I upgraded one to TI8 with no change.

I just discovered that if I image to a non-domain-controller it runs at the old speed.

Does anyone know what might be happening with the domain controller target? I can copy files to it from all PC's at full speed outside TI (same folder).
