VERY ANGRY WITH ESET!

I Like the NOD32,Is a reason that I deliver to continuously to give the ESET with the sample of Trojan

I will continue like this And I expects the ESET replies as soon as possible

 

I have only ever sent two new samples to Eset.

Both were detected by NOD32 as unknown viruses.

The first time, in 2002, I received a reply from Eset within two hours. The sample was added by name that day.

The second time, in February 2004, I received a reply from Eset three days later. The sample was added the following day.

Many more new viruses have been discovered in the first half of 2004 than in all of 2002. Perhaps Eset needs to hire more virus investigators to keep up with the times.

 

Good point, I think that ESET has a explosive grown and maybe they need to have more empleoyees.

 

Just consider it as matter of priorities. If NOD32 detected them as unkown viruses you have protection. Therefore adding it could be assingned a lower priority than something that NOD32 did not detect....
Just be patient...

im just still wondering wether to purchase NOD32, kaspersky or another one

nod32 is a very god program with good heuristics
but lately falling a bit behind when it comes to new viruses

kasparsky is better at finding viruses but the functionality of the program sucks
and the scans are very slow and uses too much cpu

so i really dunno which AV to get

i guess ill continue using trials from difrent av's a bit longer
cause right now i really dont know which one is woth my money ?
