    Hi!

I installed 4.0.437 a few days ago and chose to keep my old settings (where test mode wasON in order to get v. 1046 of the firewall module)

Now that I check for updates version 4.0.437 insists on loading firewall module 1040 if i settest mode to OFF.

    Why is that?

    Thanks

don't use test mode uninstall than reinstall, was there any issues you had with the new version?...this is running better (knock on wood) than any ESET program since 2.7...

That's because the version of the firewall module available on non-test update servers is 1040 as opposed to v. 1046 embedded in the current installers or available at the test server.

This is why I don't use test mode, and I agree with larryb52, this is the best version, at least on my systems, since 2.7

Just curious why the non-test update servers wouldn't be updated to 1046 seeing as it's (1046) no longer a test build?

That seems strange considering many users have been experience issues with the firewall module < 1045

So you recommend me to uncheck test mode, uninstall and then reinstall importing my configuration file?

    Thanks

Enable Test mode in the update setup or reinstall v. 4.0.437.
