Now that I downloaded spyblaster I can't get the message Veritas update manager. What do I do next to get that off? Thanks

SpywareBlaster shouldn't be conflicting with the Veritas Update Manager, because (as far as I know) that runs as an executable (i.e. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [StorageGuard] "C:\Program Files\VERITAS Software\Update Manager\sgtray.exe" /r)

But in the event that SpywareBlaster is the problem, you can disable all of its protection temporarily by doing the following:

    1.) Open SpywareBlaster
2.) Press the "Deselect All" button on the main screen.
3.) Press the "Remove Protection for Unchecked Items" button

    Protection should now be disabled.

(Have you downloaded the latest updates for the program using the Check for Updates feature?)

If disabling the protection does indeed fix this conflict, could you try re-enabling it to make sure SpywareBlaster is indeed at fault? TIA. :)

    Best regards,
