VCD & HD TV

    My niece's school provides optional VCD for animated nursery rhymes/stories that are there in their book.

    We have full HD TV 1920*1080/60p.

    Now I dont know if VCD will look good or not on our HD TV.

    Will it look good or not on HD TV?

    It will probably look terrible, provided that it actually IS a VCD.

    Where do you live? VCDs never took off in America, and I'd be surprised if a school today would give out that format.

    I am from India.

    I am surprised too they are providing VCD at this age, no DVD & BluRay.

    The book has quite a few rhymes & stories that I couldn't find on Youtube & Torrent.

    So it will look terrible, then dropped the idea of getting it.
