I've been having a constant annoying warning of a variant of Win32/Kryptik.FGJ trojan
my options is to clean, delete or no action
both clean and delete are not working, eset keeps pop up a window with option retry or ignore.
    the file is
    c:\windows\system32\cttuepNx.dll
when i go to folder that file doesn't seems to exist... thats why probably i keep getting the same pop up window
therefore i can't submit file for analysis either...

i couldn't find any information about this file in the internet either...

    any suggestions?

Probably it's hidden by a rootkit. Try booting from a clean media (e.g. rescue cd) and carrying out a full disk scan.
