V6 MODIFY START SETTINGS Pop-Ups

For the last several days I've been getting from 1-14 Pop-ups Similar to the Attachment ( + "Operation Allowed" as shown) and I once noted "dk" in the String - I have Diskeeper Pro.

Is this typical and V6 has Just Started Showing such, or is something going I must explore? Recent ESS and MBAM Pro Scans produced nothing.

 

I assume you must have enabled the option "Notify when changes occur in startup applications" in the advanced HIPS setup which is disabled by default.

I'm Mostly a Default kind-of-guy ref: average expertise. Not remembering having done that I Clk'd Default for "Only for Advanced Settings" and then "For All" in HIPS/Adv Setup -- and the Check Remains in Notify Chgs in Startup Settings.

It appears My V6 Default is "To Notify" & I've never read a Malware Horror Story about Start-up Settings being changed.

Should I just Remove the Check-mark since ESS is Approving All?
