    Hello,

I wonder if the newer version of EAV/ESS will be any slower when it comes to performance and memory usage?

Not tested v.4 yet, waiting for Beta 2 but can't really tell from a Beta build how the final build will do in performance. So any thoughts regarding this?

Having used the first beta of version four for awhile, I can say it is very fast and in my personal opinion, runs better than Version Three and Version Two in real time usage.

    I confirm what Ron said.

I have v4 in a Virtual Box; this box has (obviously) less RAM than the physical machine (running NOD v3) and uses only 1 core of my dual core processor, but both the virtual and the physical machine run on XP SP3. So the virtual machine is noticeably slower than the physical one.

But there was no notable slowdown of the VB machine after installing v4.
