I have just downloaded Prevx and I waned to know if there is any value in just using the free part.

I am not very knowledgeable but I figured I would try Prevx.

Currently I use NOD32, Malwarbytes and Ad-Aware Plus the free version. Is this a good cross section of protection?

    Thank you.

If you, or those using your PC ... have pretty risky browsing habits, or p2p file sharing, etc, ... then Prevx is a good backup to keep some peace of mind. Prevx resources are low and so shouldn't really drag down your computers performance (but these are extra resources nonetheless). If you have a fairly decent PC? then you should be ok.

Weigh it up. Can you afford the extra resources?

I'd say you have pretty good coverage with what your using now. Just my opinion :shifty:

Take a look at this forums guide to securing your PC. Here
