Using Puran Defrag for the 1st time

    For all the Puran Defrag users.....is it recommended to check "Boost Overall System Speed by Puran Intelligent Optimizer (PIOZR)" under Additional Operations tab?

    Also using Win 7.....should any files be added to "Excluded Files?"

    I have it checked and no files excluded.
