Using a Paragon bootable CD

Would it be safe to use a bootable CD, created via Paragon Backup and Recovery 2013,
to restore a backup created via Paragon Backup and Recovery 2014.
I ask because I cannot see how to create a bootable CD via Paragon Backup and Recovery 2014.
Or, as Paragon 2013 worked OK in the past, would it be OK to just download it again,
if it is still available, and use it with its own bootable CD?
I would be very grateful for any help.

 

I don't think 2013 is upward compatible with 2014. You will probably get an error message when you try and restore a 2014 backup with 2013.
