Users Guide- faults after downloading

    I downloaded Acronis True Image OK but when I downloaded The User Guide file I found it had faults.
    'This file contains information not understood by the viewer. Suppress futher errors?'
    Most of the text is there but I think graphices are missing.
    I deleted the file and reloaded but still the same message
    How do I fix this
