Username & Password

    I had no problem with mine, but i cant seem to get the new 3.0563.0 installed on my dads computer with the username and password with the box that comes up from the Website update download. 3.0 worked fine and the first update. Also when i use the link in the email that contains his username and password it installs 2.7. Any Ideals?
