Username and Password issue

    Hi folks

    My old PC recently gave up the ghost so I got myself a new one and stuck windows 7 on it (I was previously running XP).

    I still have quite a while left on my Nod32 subscription however, when trying to enter my credentials to re download Nod the username/password box just flicks empty after I submit it. I'm sure the credentials were correct but I went through the lost password procedure just incase - same result with the new login details.

    The old PC is no longer usable so I'm pretty sure I can reuse my sub on the new one.

    Do any of you folks have any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    Make sure that you download the correct product for which you purchased the license. Could you post here the url you're trying to download the installer from?
