    I have gotten the E000101F4: Acronis True IOmage hasnot found any hard disk drives, error. I know the drives are active. I have a boot disk but tried to let the program load up in ram. I get the same error when booting from the recovery disk. What am I doing wrong. I am recovering from a network drive.

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

    If the problem persists please contact support@acronis.com regarding this problem.
