I tried updating to 2.7 today (using Free Download Manager) but when I enter my User Name & Password (from the ESET receipt) the download stops because my credentials are "invalid". My subscription expires on March 12. Can anyone here help or do I need to contact ESET directly?

Please forward your original or original renewal license containing your Username and Password to blackspear @ wilderssecurity.com and I will test it for you.

    Cheers :D

I am sure you are in the right hands with Blackspear but can you try not to use Free Download Manager ? Use the normal IE or other browser such as Firefox , for example . Blackspear will check your license .

License checks out OK, issue is more than likely the Download Manager.

    Cheers :D

I'm going to try later without FDM (I am using IE 6 btw).

fwiw, I've had customers who had to disable this same program before it would authenticate the download properly too. Everyone who disabled on our instructions (to-date) was able to download. One who refused, was not able to download... what can you say - we tried to tell him!
