User name a password not working for D/L new 7x64

I cant d/L The new x64 smat security for my pc all was working fine put 7x64 on my upgraded machine clean install of windows now I get the login and have enterd my user name and pw many times. The window to login keeps comming back ....

The main thing you need to keep in mind is that the username and password is case sensitive. Your username is all capitol letters while your password is all small lower-case letters. Also, you must include the (-) in your username.
