Okay, now for a HijackThis log from a computer I am positive is not clean. I am following the advice given to me that I should always seek the advice of spyware professionals before deleting anything, until the day when I can call myself a professional. This girl's computer was badly infected and hijacked last night with several browser search bars and other silly things.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Update: System was scanned with current, updated versions of both Ad-Aware and SpyBot. It failed to remove several of the undesired items.
