Use TI to backup DVD in image form?

    This doesn't seem possible at present but might be a useful future extension into a different area. I have learned to trust TI for backup and restore of hard drive partition images. Would it be possible to apply a similar technology to make image backup of DVD? I'm speaking of DVDs that I own legally.

    Perhaps this will never be a development for TI, or perhaps you would recommend a different software solution?

    Probably outside of the Acronis field of expertise.

    Software such as Nero or Roxio are better suited to doing this.
