Use service account for ESET Endpoint Antivirus

Hi,

I want to use my ESET Endpoint Antivirus 5.0.2122.1 on a service account on my computer. My computer is a Windows Server 2008 R2. I have change de configuration of the "ESET Service". I have configured my service account. I have rebooted the computer. I give the modifiy right to my service account on C:\ProgramData\ESET.

Now, I can not make any update. Every time I have this message :
"Undocumented serious error (0x101a)"
or
the update process make a loop and doesn't update my product.

I have try to clear the update cache with no success.

Can you help me ?

 

In what ways did you change the configuration of ESET Endpoint Antivirus?
