Whaddaya mean? What is it you're looking to make or burn - a bootable Windows usb?
Maybe this or WinToFlash is what you're after - http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

FlashBoot is commercial, but it's an option. unetbootin is probably better, plus it's free. there are others that may work if those do not.

however, if you "burn" an iso directly to a flash disk as a bootable iso, you loose some of the advantages of using a flash disk over cd. namely, you cannot write on iso any more easily than you can write to a cd. therefore you might want to "burn" the contents of the iso image to the flash drive with a program like PeToUSB (intended for BartPE/WInPE).

I bookmarked this thread from another forum (911cd.net) that I came across some months ago when googling for info on building bootable usb flash drives. Maybe worth a look too.

Since you've chosen to "hush" your objective - I'll sit back, exercise patience and let the next player guess where you're headed ....

You're saying a file-system and, or registry correction?

yes when your computer doesnt bootup because of a virus or a system error. You can still get in it using a iso live ubuntu cd or usb is there something like that but using windows platform instead of linux?

Since my personal choice is Nix based, I think it time for me to bow out and leave your request for someone else to answer.
