I have both True Image and DD installed. When I create a rescue cd, I have no problems, as it shows the complete tree (Full version, Safe, ect...), however, when I try to use a USB flash drive, it just boots directly to True Image and does not show any of the other options. Even if I try to do a rescue CD with DD and I check all options, it does not show when using a flash drive. Does anyone know why?
    Thanks

Can you post a screenshot of the files on the flashdrive? This will help determine if all the programs are getting placed on it.

Have you tried with more than one flashdrive?

What versions and builds of TI and DD are you using?

When you installed them, which one was installed first (TI or DD)?

OK, I tried to do the same thing, but this time I used the latest version of TI and everything shows up correctly. However, neither my mousepad or usb mouse work in in DD in Safe mode. I got the same result using a regular cd boot disk also. And I need Safe mode in DD, because sometimes drives don't show up in full mode.
I'm using version v2160 in DD.
    Thanks for your help.

Check the computer's BIOS for a Legacy USB setting. Try it enabled and disabled and see if one will let the mouse work.

What type of USB mouse are you using?

Is the keyboard working? If so, is it USB? DD can be used with only a keyboard, but it's a lot slower and not nearly as easy as with a mouse.

Tried that. Either way it would not work.
