Time and Experience has taught me to never doubt the extent certain agencies will go to track and record others.., however.., the story present here in the linked website is rather questionable.
There just appears to be far to many legal issues both criminal and civil...plus, questions of financial expense {who is paying for these keyloggers).., then there are civil rights violations.....there would be major constitutional violations.............many questions here....

But the real question in my mind would be WHY IS THIS THE ONLY PERSON TO HAVE DISCOVERED THIS KEYLOGGER ON HIS LAPTOP
There are millions of laptops out there in the world but only this guy found a keylogger.......thats very strange.

When and if a few hundred other laptop owners come foreward with evidence of implanted keyloggers....then this would be alittle more believeable.
See there is yet another major question here........keyloggers do not need to be installed on computers in order to track and record the computer owner's behavior.....in fact, keyloggers would be bulky and very easy to discover......when.., instead.., the implant of a "CHIP" would be far better.
