URLID Question

I was looking in WIN.INI tab of the system configuration utility (run > msconfig) when i see the entry called

[Internet],

so I open it and there is one entry

URLID=13589#####

I am using the wild cards because I don't know if this is something that identifies my computer. in fact, i dont know anything about it.

I looked up on google and there was nothing. I looked it up after truncation the last five numbers and using *, all that came back were just four entries that don't look familiar. So I am just curious...what is this? I am always wary of things that refer to online locations unfamiliar to me. problably just being paranoid.

Just looked at my win.ini, I do not see [Internet] entry.

That's not very reassuring.

I while back I installed a program that records internet radio station's. I wonder if it has to do with that program.
