I downloaded what I thought to be an album yesterday, but when I unzipped the file there was just some program called 'pw virusscan' or something along those lines. I didn't click the file and deleted it as soon as I noticed there were no mp3's.

I scanned the url with various url scanners like url void, virus total, and a couple others with mixed results, but most saying it was clean. One site said it was a possible trojan, so I scanned my computer with eset, malwarebytes, emsisoft, and kaspersky tdss killer and all showed nothing. I haven't noticed computer issues at all, but I'm still concerned.

So I was wondering if you all can tell me what a good next course of action would be. Which site to take my issue to, etc.

I can post the link here if need be, too.

    Thanks!

Don't do it again, in case the luck runs out. No need for the link either

Just to be clear, I'm wondering if it's likely or not that I got infected without clicking the prog and if there is somewhere that the community recommends I take this issue to help me determine if I'm infected, and/or who would appreciate to analyze the link and program contained in it.

    Thanks.

The best would be to go to specialised malware cleanup community and having your system checked. For example, here.
